Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ThePinkSPotFL@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
